4 Simple & Powerful Natural Remedies For Rheumatoid Arthritis

I’ve recently started looking at how changes in my diet can help support my body to create more relief and physical healing. In my thus far very short but quite intense research, diet change and natural remedies for rheumatoid arthritis, I’ve been very pleasantly surprised with the results so far.

I’ve discovered that our oh so Western diet is in so many ways oh so very ill-suited for us if we want to be or get healthy and healed!

It’s not the first time mind you. Many years ago I changed my diet too with added natural arthritis remedies with the help of a kinesiologist.  Unfortunately it showed no results then.

After a good year of no gluten, no dairy (and for a month no sugar as well to fully detox my body) I quit.

I feel now that those changes that were meant to ease the rheumatoid arthritis symptoms didn’t help (enough),as I had a lot of deeper emotional and spiritual healing to do first.

So here I am, some 12 years later, and I’ve started a gluten-free and dairy-free diet again. Plus there are a couple of natural remedies I’ve been taking as well (apart from one, but I’ll get to that in a moment).

Only a good 4 weeks in and I’ve been feeling healthier overall and more energised :-)

I like to share these natural remedies for rheumatoid arthritis with you and that these help your body:

  1. Maca is a powerful superfood best known to boost vitality! It supports the immune system and helps with chronic fatigue and depression.
  1. Chlorella is one the most powerful detoxifiers of toxins and heavy metals in the body, and is alkaline forming (reducing the acid in your body, which is related to rheumatoid arthritis symptoms!). The more alkaline the body is, the healthier the body is.
  1. Bee pollen are one of the most potent antioxidant natural remedies known today and full of vitamins and minerals that are vital for your body! It is alkaline forming. Plus they help with chronic fatigue.

I personally mix the Maca powder, Chlorella powder and Bee Pollen with rice milk and a banana for breakfast and drink it as a smoothie :-) .

Tip: Add some or take some (unscented) coconut oil (or something similar) afterwards. This helps your body to absorb all the vitamins and minerals better.

Last, but not least, there is Camu Camu. I’ve not tried this yet, but it is on my shopping list.

  1. Camu Camu is the richest natural source of Vitamin C known in the world! One camu berry contains 30 x more Vitamin C than one orange! It is also known to be the most potent antioxidant food in the world! Great for natural pain relief, as it’s highly anti-inflammatory as well.

There are many more wonderful natural remedies for rheumatoid arthritis that can benefit your healing greatly (provided you have a healthy diet as well!). Search online, go to the library or get professional guidance with your diet.

Our bodies do all they can to help us stay alive and to be healthy, so let’s help our bodies help us :-)

Please note: I am sharing with you the diet changes and natural food supplements I’ve been taking over a period of just a month now. I am not a nutrition professional.
